1. Trench Coat

It might sound a bit farfetched, but if you don’t own a trench coat, I have no idea what you are doing with your life. Consider it the first step to building (and elevating) your capsule wardrobe. Plus, you will never wonder what to put on as the finishing layer. Ever.

2. Structured Beige Coat

As it’s my most recent closet addition, I can confirm this structured beige coat is such a beautiful piece. If you are going for the classy/stylish/elegant POV, it’s a must. This New York-based brand is sustainable and worth the try. Keep in mind it’s all about ethical production. They even support young girls in sub-Saharan Africa, as most don’t have access to proper education. It’s the gift that is giving back.

3. Denim Jacket

It’s not like you don’t know it, but you can wear a good old denim jacket with pretty much everything. Size up and mix with your favorite basic white tee, sports sneakers, and a pair of jeans. There’s something super sexy about denim on denim, you can’t deny it. I mean, you can try, but no one will agree.

4. Black Blazer

Looking for a way to effortlessly make any outfit better than it already is? No need to score Rihanna’s red Super Bowl outfit, just go for the classic structured blazer. The long-length silhouette makes it quite formal, so it’s perfect for one of those occasional walks to the office. Definitely worth a place on your work wardrobe essentials list. Match with pants in the same color to look like you have your life all figured out.

5. Stylish Cardigan

Any cardigan would do the work, but why not let this recycled cotton one take care of you? We don’t need many designer items. We don’t really NEED any, but if we can invest in just one, my choice would be this Saint Laurent bag. Come on, you know it will go hand in hand with the eternal little black dress and that over-the-top evening dress you bought before devoting yourself to classic items.

20. Timeless Sunglasses

Apparently, these CELINE sunglasses look amazing on every face shape, so if you can afford them, you should add them to your cart as the summer months are coming up. I would be jealous, but 100% supportive.
