I’ve been experimenting a lot in the kitchen lately with different meals suitable for breakfast as I was on a mission to find something healthy and yet delicious, that will keep me full well until lunch and ideally even longer. And I’ve finally created the perfect breakfast, which gets me energized and keeps the hunger away at least for 4 hours, so I’d like to share it with you!
I called it “Breakfast of champions” and it contains:
1 small banana
1 teaspoon of raw bee pollen
1 teaspoon of honey
3-4 tablespoons of granola
All you need to do is to mix well all the ingredients above in bowl and leave it in the fridge for about 15-20 minutes. That’s all.
Now grab it and eat it!
By the way, what makes this breakfast rich of nutrients and good for the health is the bee pollen, which is considered one of nature’s most completely nourishing foods as it contains nearly all nutrients required by humans! It also contains minerals, healthful vitamins and is more rich in proteins than any animal source. Moreover, the amino acids and vitamins in the bee pollen protect the skin and aid the regeneration of cells. Not to mention about all the good benefits on our digestive, respiratory and cardiovascular system, the bee pollen is also beneficial to humans by enhancing the memory, energy and helps for the effective weight loss. How amazing is that!
Apparently, a teaspoon of bee pollen a day, keeps the doctor away.
