Recently, I’ve realized that being a full time fashion student, working a full time job (yeah, that’s how it happened) and trying to update regularly my blog, is definitely not the easiest task in the world.
In my today’s post I’m gonna show you my London Fashion Week‘s outfit and I’ll tell you more about my adventures during the event.
First let me share with you how I chose my outfit.
After the last fashion show that I attended (Graduate Fashion Week), this time I’ve decided to wear comfortable shoes instead of complaining to everyone after how uncomfortable my heels were and how all I could remember was the terrible pain in my feet. So instead of scandalous high-heels I put my favourite Reebok sneakers not only because they are unbelievably comfortable, but they also match perfectly almost every garment I put on myself. If I have to be honest, my initial idea was to stay classy in black and white, but then I realised that something was missing and my outfit was kind of… boring. Well, my new yellow blazer happened to be the solution of all my problems!
So when I entered Somerset House an enthusiastic reporter came from nowhere and asked me and my sister if she could take an interview with us. Before I could figure out what was going on, the camera was already filming us, and the questions poured out one after another from the tiny little woman.
How long did it take you to choose your outfits?
Do you think that the pressure of looking perfectly during the London fashion week is too much?
Which catwalk did you like the most?
Who is the designer…?
…The questions seemed to have no ending and according to the invitation, which I held in my hands, the show has already been started more than 10 minutes ago. But as I’ve found out later, the catwalks never start on time, and if you’re late with 10 minutes only, you’re even early.
My time is a bit limited right now, so I won’t describe you in details the catwalks which I was honored to attend, but I will tell you that the guests, were definitely fine with making selfies even during the shows.
After this long day full of emotions, I remember on my way back home that I seriously put into question my decision to be a part of this shiny, but obviously a bit cheesy for my taste fashion world.
