Oh, well. It’s a bit late for breakfast already, but I couldn’t manage to post this earlier today when I actually took the photos (I’m such a busy person, I know, right haha), so let’s pretend that’s a time for breakfast NOW.
Over the past few weeks, I’ve been trying to eat a bit more healthy, so I’ll show you today one of my favourite meals suitable for breakfast or even for a light lunch, too! It’s a Philadelphia tost with raspberries + Strawberry, banana & protein smoothie!
For the smoothie I use:
5-6 spinach leaves
*150-200ml rice milk
Then I blend everything together with some ice cubes and voilà! Yummyyy.
I used a rice milk this time but I’m usually using a hazelnut or macadamia one because I love their tastes more!
The Philadelphia toast is very easy to make, it’s literally:
1 slice toasted whole grain bread
