DALGONA COFFEE: MY WHIPPED COFFEE RECIPE

Are you even on lockdown if you haven't tried the famous DALGONA COFFEE yet? As a massive coffee lover, I just had to hop on the quarantine trend and make the whipped coffee drink that's everywhere on Instagram (and TikTok).

It turned out pretty well for my first try, so I thought I would share my recipe with you. It's really easy to make as all you need is: instant coffee, sugar, and an electric mixer or a whisk.

I made it with:

2 tsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. instant coffee
5 tsp. boiling water

I poured all of the ingredients into a bowl and I used a hand mixer like this one to blend them until I got a thick and creamy mixture. Then I poured it over cold oat milk with ice. My absolute favourite vegan milk for coffee is Oatly The Barista Edition, I can't recommend it enough. Et voilà!

I can drink this every day. It's so good! You should definitely try it.
